Donation Registration
Saturday November 9, 2024 9 am to 3 pm
All Saints Catholic Church, 16898 Carlson Lake Road NW, Baxter, MN
PLEASE register in advance. This helps us plan display space, review pricing, and let others know what is being donated. This includes pantry items.
Calling all Artisans: Do you do woodwork; pottery; paint; knit or crochet; can veggies, pickles, jelly or jam; bake; cut firewood; sew; create gift baskets or have another talent to share with others? Get started now so we will have an enormous supply of treasures for sale.
1. All items must be in new condition. Store bought or used items will not be accepted.
2. All items will be donated to All Saints. Sale proceeds will be used to send All Saints high school students to Steubenville Summer 2025. Any unsold items will be returned to the artisan.
3. Preregistration and approval of your donations is required. Pricing will be reviewed so that similar items will be priced the same. Photos of items may be requested for new donors.
4. Pantry items must be packaged for sale. No on site cooking will be allowed.
Drop Off/Pick Up times (Onsite storage is not available).
Artisan and non perishable pantry items noon – 6pm Thursday (11/7). Bring a labeled container so we can repack any unsold items after the fair.
Perishable pantry 2 – 6 Friday (11/8), 8:30 – 9 am Saturday (11/9).
Unsold items must be picked up after Masses Saturday (11/9) and Sunday (11/10).
