Parish Administrative Assistant
We are looking to hire immediately for this full time position to provide phone and walk-in reception support, Mass intention scheduling, managing parishioner databases, sacramental recording/diocesan reporting, coordinating parish calendars and facility usage requests as well as various other office administrative tasks. This role also manages bulletin content, design and publication and assisting with social media posts as needed.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual who loves to serve. The individual will be expected to manage multiple tasks at the same time and be comfortable taking direction from multiple individuals. If this is a job you've been looking for, please email maureen.pickar@duluthcatholic.org.
