PARISH LIFE COORDINATOR
The Parish Life Coordinator is responsible for assisting priests, clergy, staff, and volunteers to develop and execute the parish Mission, Ministry, and Leadership. The coordinator assists the pastor and staff with the administrative routine of the office. Manages the front desk reception, parish office hours, bulletin, parish calendar, all communications, and secretarial/clerical support in all areas. Fosters a faith-filled, positive, and welcoming environment. Assists in organizing parish outreach events. Recruits and oversees parish volunteers. Works collaboratively in a positive, friendly, and professional manner with all employees, parishioners, volunteers, and contacts. Reports directly to the Pastor.
