Description: The mission of the All Saints Graduate Outreach Ministry is to encourage our new graduates to continue their faith journey beyond high school. New graduates receive a blessing at our annual graduation mass, individual prayer intentions and care packages throughout their first year after graduation to support them on their faith journey.
