Full-Time Director of Advancement

St. Francis and All Saints Catholic Church is seeking a full-time parish Director of Advancement. This position reports directly to the Pastor and is a core member of the parish leadership team, and must demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with other members of the parish and school staff. This position is responsible for advancing the mission of the parish by networking and fostering key relationships with parishioners, benefactors, and local businesses. The Director of Advancement will work closely with the pastor to assess areas of opportunity and growth in the parish, and to identify strategies to further the mission of the parish.
